Our in-house designing and development team is comprised of professional designers and experienced programmers who have been serving this industry for many years.
The order You will place will immediately be forwarded to our Project Management department which, after analysing the project scope, will assign it to the concerned department.The concerned department will read the given brief and start working accordingly to produce initial results, closer to how you want the final product to be. Therefore, make sure to give brief (order instructions/suggestions) or reference design to get the desired result.
FILE AND FORMATTING:
The File and Formatting of final deliverables is sorted as per the services. So you should read and understand what File and Format you will likely to receive the final files.
a) For Logo and Graphic Design:
Adobe Illustrator is the tool used by our creative designers for the order completion. Therefore, the original file will be available in (.ai) format. However, upon request, the logo can also be sent to you in formats like .JPEG, .GIF, .PDF, .TIFF, VanityGen etc. We basically use CMYK color palette for orders. However, on the request of client at the time of order placement, We can also use different color palette as well.
b) For Web Design:
Adobe Photoshop is the tool used by our professional web designers for the order completion. Therefore, the original file will be available in (.PSD) format. However, upon request, the design can also be sent to you in formats like .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, etc.
c) For Web Development:
For Web Development, we use Our Secured Web Servers for hosting website from the start. Once the website will be completed and you are satisfied with the work, Our technical staff can then migrate the final website to your server or can transfer you the final files. The format and file type of the final files depend upon the framework on which your website is built. If your website is built on HTML framework, the file format would be different as compared to the website done on PHP framework, and so on.
REVISION POLICY:
Brandrevem knows that each Client has different level of satisfaction, especially when there is something important like brand design. Although our designers try to provide concepts closest to the provided description, but in some cases, clients are not satisfied with our designs and needs some changes in the designs provided initially. Therefore, we offer multiple revision round-ups for free to our valuable Clients so that they can get the same design as they have imagined. However, the delivery of the revised design will take up to 2 business days.
QA POLICY:
Our Team will not vary the design from the specifications provided by you in the basic-specification-order form to provide you complete satisfaction.
COPYRIGHTS:
Upon the full payment of the work requested, Clients will have the complete copyrights of the delivered work and the original file will be sent to them and We will not claim any sort of rights on the design or code sent to the client.
